Switch Mode:
1. Button switch: Switch to any port by buttons on front panel.
2. Keyboard Hot-Key switch:
a. Double click Scroll Lock or Num Lock for cyclic switching in sequence.
b. Switch by Ctrl+Alt+Port number (need to install software).
3. Mouse switch: Switch to any port using mouse or do cyclic switching with auto scanning (randomly set between 10-60 second, need to install software).

Switching Operation Instructions
1. MANUAL( push button)
Simply press the appropriate port selection switch on the front panel. After you press the switch, the selected LED lighting indicates that the port is currently selected.
2. HOT KEY
Hot Key allows you to conveniently access connected PCs directly from the keyboard, instead of having to manually select them by pressing port selection switches. To select a port with the hot key method, do the following:
① [Scroll Lock] + [Scroll Lock] (switch in turn)
② [Ctrl]+[Alt]+1/2/3/4+[Enter] switch freely (need install software)
3. Click MOUSE Switch (only for Windows)
If you want to switch by clicking mouse, please install the software in CD.
Installation and User Manual:
1. Connect all devices and boot computers one by one using button switch function. Then you can do button switch or double click Scroll Lock or Num Lock to view or edit file data from each port. Do not do any operation when the port indicator light is flashing as it is reading data until it is light up.
2. Install the software in disc to computers(devices) one by one, and run it by double clicking the “USB” icon on desktop, then at right bottom of the screen you will see data which shows number of ports of KVM switch. Note: the software only needs to be installed once, double click on the “USB” icon to run it next time.
3. Once step 4 is done, you can use mouse or keyboard hot keys for any port switch or auto scan cyclic switch. Defaulted hot keys are Number 1,2,3,4 on main key area, auto scan interval time is 10 seconds.
4. If can’t switch using Ctrl+Alt+port number, right click the numbers at right bottom and enter “Setting” to set or confirm the numbers for each port and auto scan time, and click “OK” to save and close the window then you can switch to any port using Ctrl+Alt+port number.
A menu will pop up when you right click on the numbers at right bottom, click on “Switch TO PC 1”, or “Switch TO PC 2”, or “Switch TO PC 3”, or “Switch TO PC 4” on the menu for switching to your selected ports conveniently.
