(170)16Ch PWM/Servo/Servo Driver Board Controller IIC PCA9685
This is a built-in PWM driver and a clock using i2c communication. This means that this will be very different from the TLC5940 series. You don't need to constantly send signals to occupy your microcontroller
It is 5V compatible, which means you can also control it with a 3.3V microcontroller and safely drive it to the 6V output (3.4+ positive voltage is also ok when you want to control the white or blue LEDs)
The 6 address select pins allow you to hook up 62 driver boards on a single i2c bus, for a total of 992 PWM outputs. That would be a very large resource.
About 1.6Khz adjustable frequency PWM output
Ready to output 12-bit resolution for stepper motors, which means 4us resolution at 60Hz update rate
Configurable push-pull or open-circuit output
Output enable pin quickly disables all outputs
The PCA9685 chip is wrapped in the center of the small board
Power input terminal
Green power indicator
It is convenient for you to insert 16 servo motors at a time in 4 sets of 3-pin connectors (the plug of the servo motor is slightly wider than 0.1inch, so you can put 4 pairs of 0.1inch connectors)
Input reverse polarity protection on terminal block
Cascade design
Put a large capacitor on the V+ line (you will need it in some cases) The peripheral input voltage depends on this 10V1000uf capacitor
Put a 220 ohm series resistor on all PWM output lines to protect them and drive LED easily.
