3.1 Satellite
After entering the Satellite menu, as shown in the figure:
a. On the left is the list of satellites, on the right is the current
satellite parameters.
Below are the following function keys:
1>Press the red key to enter the "single star search platform"
interface
2> > Press the green key to enter the menu interface of "multi
satellite search station" (to select multiple satellites)
3> Press the yellow key to enter the "TP list" interface
4> Press the blue key to enter the "add satellite" menu interface.
To add the satellite name and longitude
5> Press "1" to enter the "Edit satellite" interface, where you can
edit the satellite name and longitude
6> Press "2" to enter the "delete satellite" interface
7> Press "3" to select all satellites
8> Press "4" to sort the list of satellites
9> Press "OK" to "select" the current satellite
b. Enter the "antenna setting" interface, as shown in the figure:
The parameters are as follows:
Local oscillator: press the OK key to select the parameter in the
drop-down list directly.
Transponder: press the "left and right" key to select the
transponder, and press the "OK" key to select the transponder in
the drop-down list.
Diseqc1.0: press "left and right" to switch, press "OK" to display
the options in the drop-down list (disable, port 1, port 2, port 3,
port 4) which can be directly selected.
Diseqc1.1: press the "left and right" key to switch, press the "OK"
key to display the options in the drop-down list (more options),
which can be directly selected.
22K: press the "left and right" key to select "off / on". Note that
when the local frequency is "universal" and "unicable", 22K is not
optional and is invalid.
Polarity: press "left and right" key to switch different polarity
"auto / h / V".
There are two function keys at the bottom of the interface:.
Red key: enter the single star search platform interface.
Green key: enter the multi satellite search interface.
After all the above parameters are set, you can select single
satellite search station and select "start", as shown in the figure:

3.1.1 Motor Setup

In the "satellite list" interface, select any satellite, press the
"SAT" key, edit the longitude of the satellite as the longitude of
the destination location, and then enter the "antenna setting"
interface, as shown in the figure:
The interface parameters are as follows:
Local frequency: press "left and right" key to switch "local
frequency".
Type of transfer pot: press "left and right" to switch between
USALS / diseqc1.2.
Local longitude: when the turning pot type is USALS, press the
number key to set the local longitude. When the turning pot type
is diseqc1.2, this item is not optional.
Local latitude: when the transfer type is USALS, press the
number key to set the local latitude. When it is diseqc1.2, this
option is not optional.
Delete all: when the transfer pot type is diseqc1.2, delete the set
satellite position. When the transfer pot type is USALS, this item
is not optional.
Transfer setting: when the transfer type is diseqc1.2, you need
to manually adjust the transfer position to enter the transfer
setting interface, as shown in the figure:
The interface parameters are as follows:
Satellite: press the left and right keys to select the satellite
name.
Transponder: press the left and right keys to select the
transponder, or press the OK key to directly select the
transponder in the drop-down list.
Position: set the position to save the rotation of the rotary pan.
When the type of transfer pot is USALS, it is calculated
automatically and does not need to be adjusted manually.
Limit setting: enter the limit setting interface, as shown in the
figure:
The interface parameters are as follows:
Limit setting: press the left and right keys to switch between
"disable limit, West limit and East limit".
The three settings can be operated according to the interface
display.
After setting, press the exit key to return to the "antenna setting"
interface, select single star or trigger search, and then search
can be started.
Of course, when the turn type is USALS, you can directly enter
the search stage, and the pan will automatically turn to the
destination position, and then start the search.

3.1.2 Single Scan

Press the red key to enter the interface of "single satellite
search station", as shown in the figure:
The parameters are as follows:
Free channel only: press left and right to toggle the yes / no
option.
Program type: press left and right to switch between TV + Radio
/ TV / radio options.
Nit: press "left and right" key to switch "yes / no" option. Note:
when "search mode" is set to "preset frequency point", nit can be
selected effectively.
Search station mode: press "left and right" key to switch
between "blind scanning / preset frequency point" option.
Start: press "OK" key to enter the table sweeping interface.


3.1.3 Multi Scan
Select multiple satellites and press the green key to enter the
"multi satellite search" interface. For parameter settings, please
refer to "single satellite search".

3.1.4 TP List

3.1.4 TP List
In the satellite list, press the "yellow" key to enter the menu
interface of "transponder list", as shown in the following figure:
At the bottom of the screen are the following function keys:
1> Press the red key to enter the "transponder search" menu
interface, and select "yes / no".
2> Press the green key to enter the menu interface of "add
forwarder". You need to add "frequency", "symbol rate" and
"polarity" of the forwarder. After editing, select "save / cancel".
3> Press the yellow key to enter the edit transponder interface,
where you can edit the frequency, symbol rate and polarity of
the transponder, and select Save / cancel after editing.
4> Press the blue key to enter the deletion interface to delete all
forwarders, and select Yes / No.
5> Press OK to select the current transponder.



3.2 Terretrial
Connect DVB-T signal line, select countries and regions, set
corresponding parameters, finally press "auto search" or "
manual search ".
Cable:Connect DVB-C signal line,and set corresponding parameters.



4.Tool View version information, upgrade, and other functions:
Information
The above parameters are: version number,
application program, hardware version,
S/N,Website,Email.

You can watch satellite programs on your mobile phone and
computer with DVBPlayer

Mobile phone
a a. . Download "DVBPlayer" app to mobile phone
b b. . Make sure that the mobile phone and hellobox8 are in the
same network segment, open the app, and then click the server
button to select the box you want to connect, as shown in the
figure:
Android/IOS
c c. . After the connection is successful, the first time you connect,
you will be prompted whether to enable the remote control
mode. This mode is an alternative to the remote control. Please
close it directly if you do not use it, as shown in the figure:
d. . After exiting the remote control mode, the mobile phone can
watch the program on the box, as shown in the figure:
Android
e. On the mobile phone, you can also perform a series of
operations on hellobox 8, such as search program, edit program,
record program, share program and other functions.
The main functions are as follows:
1) Record program directly to mobile phone.
2) Enter menu installation, you can scan single or multiple
satellites, edit satellites and TP.

10.2 Windows

Windows version only supports systems above win7 at present.
Download the latest version of windows, and then open the
software, as shown in the figure:
a. . Make sure that the computer and hellobox8 are in the same
network segment. Right click the box and select the connection.
After the connection is successful, you can watch the satellite
program on hellobox8, as shown in the figure:
b. . Main functions:
Device rename: Rename box
IP config: configure network
Factory setting: restore hellobox8 to factory settings
Reboot：reboot Hellobox8
Channel edit: edit programs, sort, etc
Client config: configure the correct account information to play
encrypted programs
Scam active: activate the scam account to play encrypted
programs
Panel display: after entering numbers or letters, the hellobox8
box panel will display
Record: Record program.
