12S 30A lipo lithium Polymer BMS/PCM/PCB battery protection circuit board for 12 Packs 18650 Li-ion Battery Cell with temperature switch with balance function
Li-ion(LiPo) battery, normal is 3.7V, full charge is 4.2V.
LiFePO4 battery, normal is 3.2V, full charge is 3.6V.
this board is for Li-ion(LiPo) battery, it&x27;s for 3.7V battery.
This BMS can use in electric bike e-bike ebicycle application
Note: your battery need match, battery should have good consistency, if not sure, please use new brand battery.
20A version: continous discharge current is 20A, over current is 40A.
30A version: continous discharge current is 30A, over current is 60A.
Features:
1) high-accuracy voltage detection circuit;

3) Built-in three-stage over-current detection circuit (over-current 1, over-current 2, or load short circuit);

wiring diagram
B+(P+) charge/discharge positive
C-(P-) charge/discharge negative
charge: B+ and C-
discharge( load) : B+ and C-
Wiring sequence: First solder line B- to battery negative, connect balance cable to battery(B1 B2 ... B12), insert the cable(socket), After check, then connect C- line, then look at the amount of the total voltage of the battery, if the voltage between C- and B+ equal the total voltage, it’s should be work properly.
step 1: connect battery, check carefully
step 2: plug the balance cable, first low bit (BC0), last high bit .

Notice:
1. Please pay attention to the use condition of input and output voltage and load current , make the protective plate within the power consumption of no more than specification allows power consumption;
2. Connect the battery will happen cannot discharge status, in this case, connect the charge can be restored to normal working state;
3.If a set of batteries with over-discharge and over-charge cells, the bms cannot be charge and discharge.
