Current mode circuit is a circuit which can transmit and amplify current signal effectively. In the current mode circuit, the current as a variable analysis and calibration circuit in the corresponding voltage mode circuit, is biased to transmit amplification and processing voltage signal circuit, and the voltage as a variable to analyze and calibration circuit current mode theory and technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Its main features are high speed transmission and very small distortion. For a long time, people get used to the processing of voltage signal, but ignore the processing of current signal. In practice, many devices have the function of current transmission, such as the transmission signal of BJT and FET is a current flow. Therefore, when processing the signal, it is not necessary to convert it into voltage. For these devices, it is easier and more convenient to use the current mode method. The main difference between the current mode and the cross-voltage circuit lies in the input and output impedance. First, an ideal voltage amplifier requires an infinite input impedance, and its output impedance is zero. This requirement is favorable for voltage signal transmission. For an ideal current amplifier, the input impedance is zero and the output impedance is infinite.
