The function of the soft start board is to reduce the inrush current at the moment of startup, so as to reduce the impact of the machine on the power grid and prolong the life of the switch. This board uses ultra-high current (30A) pure copper foot relays and 4 ultra-large thermistors NTC 20D-20 to effectively protect the machine and prevent excessive startup current.
working principle:
At the initial stage of power-on, the load is powered by the thermistor with negative temperature coefficient. As the temperature of the thermistor increases, the resistance decreases and the voltage rises slowly, thus effectively suppressing the impact of surge current on the line and other influence of electrical appliances. After about 2 seconds, the relay pulls in and the thermistor is short-circuited. The power supply will directly supply power to the load through the relay contacts, and the load will enter the normal working state.
This board does not need auxiliary power, there are only 2 terminals, one is connected to the power input (the other one was connected before
Close control), one output is connected to the load, which is very convenient to use.

Note: The soft start board is only used to limit the boot current and prevent shock, and it will be powered on through the NTC as soon as the boot is turned on.
