一·收??知
1. After receiving the goods, the customer should check the outer packing carefully. If the outer packing of the logistics box is damaged, the customer should inform the Logistics Department of the company in time.
2. After receiving the products, be sure to count the products in the box according to the list within 2 days. If it is found that they are inconsistent with the list, contact the customer service department in time for verification and registration.
3. If there is no special situation within two days after receiving the goods, the company will consider that the product quantity and packaging are all qualified.
二· 退,???件:
1. Products with quality problems (our company is not responsible for the quality problems caused by our own reasons).
2. Goods shall not be returned or exchanged.
3. The goods exchanged must meet the following basic conditions:
① The goods are not damaged or polluted by their own reasons;
② The packaging of the exchanged goods is intact (including internal and external packaging), which does not affect the secondary sales;
③ Gifts attached with the product;

3. The company shall not be included in the return of goods under the following circumstances:
a) The product has been tried or damaged the original packaging.
b) There are damaged and pasted labels on the products.
c) Due to the packaging damage during transportation, the products that affect the sales (subject to the damage list confirmed with the company on the day of receiving goods) are guaranteed to be returned and replaced.
